ALBION RRAHMANI JOINS VENEZIA FC
Venezia FC announces the permanent signing of forward Albion Rrahmani from Sparta Prague.
The Kosovan forward has signed a contract with the Arancioneroverdi until 30 June 2029.
Born in Podujevë, Kosovo, on 31 August 2000, Rrahmani made his senior debut with KF Minatori during the 2019/20 season. In the summer of 2021, he joined FC Balkani, where he made 68 appearances, scoring 34 goals and providing nine assists across all competitions. During his time with the Kosovan club, he also made his UEFA competition debut, featuring in four UEFA Champions League qualifying matches, six UEFA Conference League fixtures and eight UEFA Conference League qualifying matches.
Ahead of the 2023/24 season, Rrahmani moved to FC Rapid 1923, where he scored 18 goals and registered six assists across all competitions.
He joined Sparta Prague for the 2024/25 season, making a total of 83 appearances for the Czech club while scoring 26 goals and providing six assists.
Across his European career, Rrahmani has made six UEFA Champions League appearances, scoring once, as well as five appearances and one goal in UEFA Champions League qualifying. He has also recorded 13 appearances, one goal and three assists in the UEFA Conference League, in addition to 14 appearances, 12 goals and one assist in UEFA Conference League qualifying.
Since 2023, Rrahmani has represented the Kosovo senior national team, earning 25 caps and scoring seven goals.
