The post match of Venezia-Fiorentina

At the end of the match between Venezia FC and Fiorentina, played on Matchday 4 of the 2026/27 Enilive Serie A season and ending in a 2–4 victory for the Tuscan side, head coach Giovanni Stroppa and defender Juan Jesus gave their assessment of the match at the Penzo.

“In the first half, we were too frantic, whereas we started the second half very well. We had chances to get ourselves back into the game, but we weren’t good enough to make the most of them, and we have to congratulate Fiorentina on the quality they showed. It’s a defeat that hurts, and it stings, but I take the character of the team, our ability to react, and we absolutely have to remain positive in our work, despite the ongoing injury crisis".
