Ethics Code & Organization Model

Venezia F.C. S.p.A. believes that compliance with ethical standards and transparency in conducting business is a fundamental and essential requirement, as well as a competitive advantage in pursuing and achieving its objectives.

To this end, Venezia FC supports and promotes the creation of an environment characterized by a strong sense of ethical integrity, firmly convinced that this contributes decisively to the effectiveness of its policies and control systems by influencing behaviors that might otherwise escape even the most sophisticated monitoring mechanisms.

Accordingly, Venezia FC has deemed it appropriate and essential to adopt and implement an Organizational, Management and Control Model pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree No. 231/2001, including a Code of Ethics, designed to set out the standards that must guide the conduct of all those who, at various levels of responsibility, contribute through their actions to the performance of the Company's activities, including external stakeholders, regardless of their designation.

Among the Company's core values are, without doubt, moral integrity, personal honesty, and fairness in both internal and external relationships. Equally important are transparency towards stakeholders—namely all parties whose interests may influence the Company—respect for employees (together with the enhancement of their professional skills), social responsibility, and the protection of health, workplace safety, and the environment.

The Model and the principles contained therein apply to the Company's Corporate Bodies (including the Directors, the Statutory Auditors, the Independent Auditing Firm, and their respective members), employees, collaborators, consultants, suppliers, business partners, and, more generally, all those who, in any capacity, operate within sensitive activities on behalf of or in the interest of Venezia FC.
