Safeguarding

A fundamental priority for Venezia F.C. S.p.A. is the protection and well-being of all members of our organization, with particular attention to the safeguarding of young people.

For this reason, we strictly adhere to the Italian Safeguarding regulations and to the guidelines issued by the Italian Football Federation (FIGC), which require the adoption of measures aimed at promoting an inclusive culture and environment that ensure the dignity and respect of the rights of all registered members, particularly minors, while guaranteeing equality and fairness and valuing diversity.

With this objective in mind, and in order to prevent and combat abuse, violence, and discrimination, Venezia F.C. has:

• adopted a Safeguarding Model for the protection of registered members against abusive, violent, and discriminatory conduct;

• appointed Mr. Davide Brendolin, General Secretary, as the Officer Responsible for the Prevention of Abuse, Violence, and Discrimination (Safeguarding Officer).

Pursuant to the Safeguarding Model, reports may be submitted to the Safeguarding Officer through the following channels:

• by requesting a direct meeting with the Safeguarding Officer through the Whistleblowing Platform available at https://veneziafc.segnalasicuro.org/#/, in accordance with the procedures set out in the Whistleblowing Reporting Management Procedure adopted by Venezia F.C.;

• through the Whistleblowing Platform available at https://veneziafc.segnalasicuro.org/#/, in accordance with the procedures set out in the Whistleblowing Reporting Management Procedure adopted by Venezia F.C.
